Moses’ Tabernacle–initiated by God to be
the place He would meet with the Israelites—
was separated into three sections–each
proceeding into a greater expression of God’s
Glory.
A thick veil separated the last two areas, and
only a few especially designated by God could
enter the holiest place where His Marvelous
Presence was evident.
When Jesus died as our mediator between
God and man, the veil in the temple was torn
from top to bottom signifying that those who
would–could now enter the place of God’s
manifested glory where only a few entered
previously!
Some people in our world do not desire to
encounter God at all. Others would like to
at least have enough acquaintance with Him
to assure them a place in heaven.
But there are those who are not satisfied with
anything less than what once was secluded
behind a veil–that now is available to those
who esteem the manifested Presence of
Almighty God more precious than anything
this earth offers—They go beyond the veil!
(Prayer)
Lord, May we not cast aside as insignificant
that which is of tremendous value!
Hebrews 6:19
“This hope we have as an anchor of the soul,
both sure and steadfast, and which enters
the Presence behind the veil.”
