If we were asked to give a description of God–
what would we say? We could acknowledge
Him as Creator of all things–the One who fills
all space—but to some He seems distant. They
do not approach Him–except for dire needs.
Others religiously pay homage to Him in rituals—
hoping these will insure a secure place in the
after-life. However, many do not expect to sense
His Presence or to see evidence of His works now.
God has a different view of mankind. As Creator,
He desires us–not to view Him from afar, but to
be His close friend! He promised to draw near us,
if we would draw near Him—and even though we
do not see Him, we can expect a response in our
minds and hearts when we talk with Him!
He manifested Himself on earth through Jesus–
showing His great love and ability to guide us in
right paths. He allowed His voice to be heard
and His touch to be felt! After returning to the
Heavenly Realm, He then made available His
Spirit to indwell those who would receive!
What a tremendous opportunity to have this
gift of the Presence of Almighty God inhabiting
our lives as our constant Guide–until the day our
eyes see and our arms embrace Him in the Realm
of Heaven! This is indeed BEYOND DESCRIPTION!
Prayer
We receive the gift of Your Indwelling Presence!
John 7:38-39
“He who believes in Me, as the Scriptures have
