Sometimes in our lives we may not have
what is needed to accomplish what we
desire to bring to pass, so a substitute is
found–that we hope will work out well.
Some would try to make people believe
the substitute is actually the real thing.
However, in the case of counterfeit money
—it may look good but has no value!
When it comes to what God has ordained,
He does not accept man’s substitute for
the glorious reality of what He has created,
and established!
In the Tabernacle in the wilderness, Aaron’s
sons substituted a counterfeit incense as
an offering to God, and it cost them their
lives.
In the worship of Our God and our manner
of living, let us consider God’s authority,
the reality of His Glorious Presence and the
mighty deliverance He desires to manifest.
No enhancement or counterfeit can sub-
stitute for the glorious reality of what He
has done and what He will do!

Lord, May we reach for your ways that
are higher than ours!
