Before a book is written, an author has in
mind something to convey. He or she may
intend to express an inspiring theme or
perhaps the intention is to influence the
thoughts of others. The contents of the book
is under the author’s control—the book does
not write itself!
Our journey through life is as a book being
written–but unlike a natural author who
controls every plot, God (our life’s Author)
gives us a choice—He will write our story, or
we can endeavor to write our own!
However, without His guidance, there is no
chance the desired conclusion will ever be
reached. Yet like an excellent author, He
presents the theme He had in mind when our
life was initiated by Him in the beginning!
If accepted, He will write His story through
us–leading all the while not to a storybook
ending, but to the entrance of a glorious
eternal life with Him that will never end!
THERE IS NO GREATER AUTHOR!
