In our time many desire to be in control
of what is transpiring in different aspects
of the world. Some desire to benefit
others—and some want personal gain.
In spite of each one’s knowledge or
ambition—the Bible tells us that no one
has the ability (without God) to correctly
direct his or her personal steps—much
less the way of others!
People may improve technology or the
landscape around them and attempt to
influence the minds of people–but some
things are out of their control!
As rain pours down—who can stop it?
(If they could—some would) however,
there are some things only God can
control!
This brings us to the realization–that
ultimately we on this earth need God!
We cannot make the sun to shine, the
seasons to come and go–or time stand
still! Neither can we successfully govern
ourselves or Our Nation without GOD!
(Prayer)
Lord Jesus, We receive the filling of Your
Holy Spirit–into our innermost being
–to rightly direct us on this earth!
Isaiah 44:3
For I will pour water on him who is thirsty,
And floods on the dry ground;
I will pour My Spirit on your descendants,
And My blessing on your offspring;”
