In ages past, Lucifer decided to challenge
God’s authority over the heavens and the earth.
He said he would place his throne above God’s.
Angels and people were persuaded to follow
his poor choice of not taking into consideration
that the Creator (not the created) is ultimately
in control!
Under this spirit of deception, much of mankind
(in their own minds) have placed themselves as
masters of their own destiny and have also
endeavored to bring others under their control.
However, God’s reality always prevails—man
does not know how to direct his own steps, and
The King of kings (who truly is in control) offers
deliverance from the consequences of trying to
accomplish freedom from bondage–that only He
can give!

Lord, May we yield to your superior guidance
in all things!
